ORDER PLACEMENT 

Orders can take between 5-7 business days to process before shipment. Once your order has shipped, customer service will contact you via email with your tracking information. 

RETURN POLICY

Presidential Engineered Lubricants guarantee the satisfactory and performance of our lubricants and products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item(s), of which we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. 

We will honor returns under the following conditions:

  • (a) The product must be shipped back within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.
  • (b) The container/product is unopened and in “factory new” condition.

Some restrictions* on product returns apply:

  • (a) All returned merchandise sent to our facilities in unopened, factory new condition that includes a return authorization number will be honored as a return.
  • (b) All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • (c) Processing returns using a credit card are subject to a 2.85% fee

Please note that Presidential Engineered Lubricants is a trademark brand of Universal Oil, Inc. located in Cleveland, OH. As a 100% employee-owned company, excellent customer service is our main priority. We are happy to help you with any concerns Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM EST. 

SHIPPING POLICY

The cut-off time for all expedited shipping and deliveries is 12:00PM EST, Monday-Friday. Please note there is no Sunday or Holiday delivery on Fedex Ground & 3-Day delivery. No weekend or Holiday delivery for 2 Day and 1 Day Fedex shipments. No weekend or Holiday delivery for Fedex Freight Delivery. 

The $250 flat rate shipping rate applies to any drum or tote ordered. This rate is per item and will be applied to each drum or tote purchased.  Other items’ shipping costs will be calculated based on the customer’s location and added to the flat rate, if ordered together. Presidential Engineered Lubricants Operations will set up freight delivery with our provider. Due to the organization of our operations, we do not allow customers to set up their own freight pick-up at this time.

If you have a high-volume order, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss shipping costs, so we are providing the best possible shipping cost to our customers. 

Presidential Engineered Lubricants does not ship packages via USPS (United States Postal Service); therefore, we cannot ship to a P.O. box. A physical address is required. 

Priority-shipping orders may exceed designated delivery times due to factors such as: a late-day placement, delayed shipping, packing times, and unforeseen weather storms that cause disruptions. Next Day Air may take 1-2 days, 2nd Day Air 2-3 days, and 3-day Express 3-4 days. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays, as well as when their order ships. 

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick-up is available at 265 Jefferson Avenue Cleveland, OH 44113, Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM EST, except for major holidays. Processing time is still 5-7 business days, on in stock items, and will need to be scheduled with our customer service team. Please contact customer service to inquire about local pick-up options.
