ORDER PLACEMENT

Presidential brand products ship the next day with the exception of weekends and holidays. Certain products from other brands can take between 5-7 business days to process before shipment. Note that certain products from other brands have a 10-14 day lead time associated with them. In this case, a customer service representative will reach out to you with next steps before processing your order. Once your order has shipped, customer service will contact you via email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING POLICY

The cut-off time for all expedited shipping and deliveries is 12:00PM EST, Monday-Friday. Please note there is no Sunday or Holiday delivery on FedEx Ground & 3-Day delivery. No weekend or Holiday delivery for 2 Day and 1 Day FedEx shipments. No weekend or Holiday delivery for FedEx Freight Delivery.

*Drum & Keg Orders: When purchasing drums, please note the following shipping estimates:

• 1-4 drums/kegs: Flat shipping rate of $250-400 calculated during checkout based on zip code and liftgate needs.

• 4+ drums/kegs: Flat shipping rate of $500-800 calculated during checkout based on zip code and liftgate needs.

Presidential does not ship packages via USPS (United States Postal Service); therefore, we cannot ship to a P.O. box. A physical address is required.

Priority-shipping orders may exceed designated delivery times due to factors such as: a late-day placement, delayed shipping, product lead times, packing times, and unforeseen weather events that cause disruptions. Next Day Air may take 1-2 days, 2nd Day Air 2-3 days, and 3-day Express 3-4 days. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays, as well as when their order ships.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick-up is available at 265 Jefferson Avenue Cleveland, OH 44113, Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM EST, except for major holidays. Please contact customer service to inquire about local pick-up options.
